It’s Week #93 of 103 – TRANSFORM

Thank you for joining me and welcome back to my blog. The official site of Word Vibration of the Week (WVOW). My intention for this blog is to create a community where we can share our thoughts and ideas about how words resonant with our energy. I look forward to your comments and our discussions. I have always been fascinated with the idea that words carry a certain vibration, an energy of their own. My fascination is fueled by the idea that two words having similar meanings can feel vastly different
energetically. I wanted to know how particular words landed on other people. Do they feel a word’s individual character like I do? Do other people notice how the words we use, in large part, create the experience we are having? I decided to write random words, 103 to be exact, on pieces of paper. I folded them into little squares and tossed them into a bowl. Each week I will draw a new word and post how this word feels to me, energetically. These words are the basis for my interactive post(s), “Word Vibration of the Week.” I invite you to join me each week and share how each WVOW lands on you.

Week #93 – TRANSFORM

I love TRANSFORM’s vibration. It offers endless possibilities. TRANSFORM gently whispers in my ear, if you can imagine it – you can be it. It’s an open invitation. Redeemable at will!!!!!!!

My gut reaction to TRANSFORM – Where do I sign up? Followed by a quick “Let’s hit the road Jack and don’t ya look back no more, no more…”

On the flip side – Keeping my eye on the prize is imperative when I am in TRANSFORM’s energy. Chances are arguably 100% there will be a certain amount of pressure and whole hell of a lot of pain during the process.

TRANSFORM challenges me to be willing to ask myself the hard questions. The ones that oppose my initial viewpoint. How am I getting in my own way? What is the payoff for digging my heels in and following it up with “It’s just who I am.”? Am I willing to sit across the table, walk in a different pair of shoes? And for me, the biggest question of all…. Would I rather be right or would I rather be happy?

TRANSFORM’s frequency can be relentless – go deeper, ask yourself “who am I willing to be, what am I willing to do to TRANSFORM from that hunk of coal into the many faucets illuminating from the diamond that I want to become?”

TRANSFORMation is always an empowerment exercise! Not always fun but from my perspective always worth it.

Week #92 – HOPE

This week’s word has made me consider how vulnerable I am willing to be, how much of my true self am I going to expose in these blogs.

The answer is all of me!!!!!!!  I am putting myself in the arena when I tell you I, me personally, have an issue with the word HOPE. I don’t like it. Whenever I use the word HOPE I feel I lack confidence in what I am endeavoring to do. I feel as if I’m waiting for something or someone to come in and rescue me. HOPE is riddled with forces outside myself. I am standing on shaky ground bracing for a fall. This word makes me feel weak.

I don’t want to think “maybe” as this picture indicates. If I am going to make something happen I get to believe without a shadow of a doubt I am going to do it. I am the one who decides yes or no! And when I decide yes, it’s based on faith in myself and my willingness to walk through whatever fears crops up, whatever learning curve there is.

I know this is not the popular view. Most people feel all warm and fuzzy when HOPE enters the picture. I also know that HOPE doesn’t create the way faith does – faith empowers me, where as HOPE feels disempowering. I suppose if I work very hard I can think of HOPE as laying the ground work for faith.
