Week #23 – The Word is FEAR… FEAR… FEAR

Thank you for joining me and welcome back to my blog. The official site of Word Vibration of the Week (WVOW). My intention for this blog is to create a community where we can share our thoughts and ideas about how words resonant with our energy. I look forward to your comments and our discussions. For those of you familiar with these posts, please feel free to jump to the next paragraph. For those of you new to my posts here is a brief description of Word Vibration of the Week.

I have always been fascinated with the idea that words carry a certain vibration, an energy of their own. My fascination is fueled by the idea that two words having similar meanings can feel vastly different energetically. I wanted to know how particular words landed on other people. Do they feel a word’s individual character like I do? Do other people notice how the words we use, in large part, create the experience we are having? I decided to write random words, 103 to be exact, on pieces of paper. I folded them into little squares and tossed them into a bowl. Each week I will draw a new word and post how this word feels to me, energetically. These words are the basis for my interactive post(s), “Word Vibration of the Week.” I invite you to join me each week and share how each WVOW lands on you.

Week #23 – FEAR

For me there are really only two emotions when you get down to it LOVE and FEAR.

Here’s how it shows up:

FEAR = Can I create? + Can I trust that I can create?

FEAR = Do I deserve to succeed? + Do I believe I am worthy of success?

FEAR = Am I capable of believing in myself? + Am I the kind of person who gets what they want?

FEAR = The absence of Me to Me!!!

What does FEAR offer me if I look it straight in the eye? If I dare to move forward fearlessly…

I am creating + I am successful + I am present + I am Me = LOVE.

Somewhere to Express Your Deepest Thoughts Fearlessly

Robin Williams’ crossing himself over has had a ripple effect of epic proportion.  People all over the World are mourning and its palatable.  It has caused me to think a lot about depression.  Feeling haunted by the darkness of one’s own thoughts.  Nowhere to escape.  Choices become more and more narrow until there is only one choice left… And it is the WRONG CHOICE.

I recently met an amazing woman.  She has created a forum where people can express any thought they want.  Her intention for the site is provide a loving and safe venue to say the things one not dare say out loud.  A place where you can anonymously find support as you shed light into those dark places.

What Dreams May Come Robin Williams

Robin Williams – May peace envelop You, may laughter fill your Heart, may love fill  your Soul.  You are deeply missed.

Hi Everyone,

I am not alone in my shock and awe over the loss of Robin Williams.  To say he was a genius is an understatement, to try to define the undefinable, ridiculous.  It’s hard to imagine this funny, delightful, demented man feeling so much pain that he forgot to value his own life.

In 1998 Robin starred in a movie entitled “What Dreams May Come.”  This is a dark movie painted on a visually stunning canvas.  The reason I bring up this movie is Robin plays the leading man who is tragically killed in a car crash, just a few short years after both this children are killed in a similar type of crash, leaving Robin’s leading lady a childless widow.

From Robin’s vantage Heaven is a beautiful, inspiring and magical place. From his wife’s vantage Life is lonely, dark and isolating.  Robin, through eyes only the afterlife can afford him, sees “life” and “death” from a much different perspective.  There is no death.  We continue.  His enthusiasm morphs into a foreboding as he realizes his wife’s veiled mild cannot comprehend we are eternal. He can feel the quicksand that is the depression taking her over.  He desperately tries to help pull her up but to no avail.  Masked by the intensity of her depression she crosses herself over, the scene is even more intense in its darkness. Eventually Robin’s character is able to cut through all illusions and reach her heart and bring her into the light.

I thank Robin for bringing the World so many rich, deep and thought evoking performances and for making us laugh until we tinkled (just a wee bit) in our pants.

As the World remembers the Soul, known in this life as Robin Williams, I thank God for bringing Robin into the Light and into Peace.
